This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to Section 312 of EPCRA issues to PTI Pacifica Inc. dba IT&E. under an expedited settlement agreement (ESA). The violations involve failure to annually provide a chemical inventory for chemicals held onsite above a threshold planning quantity during a calendar year to the State Emergency Response Commission, the Local Emergency Planning Committee and the fire department with jurisdiction over the facility. Under the ESA policy, the respondent paid a penalty of $2,000 and came into compliance with the requirements.
