This Administrative Order for Compliance is issued to Redland Ranch and Nix Ranch, Inc. for the unauthorized discharge of pollutants into Alkali Creek, a tributary of the Yellowstone River. Redland Ranch and Nix Ranch are animal feeding operations where approximately 1100 head of cattle are confined and fed. Upon inspection, it was noted that no diversion structures were in place to prevent storm water runoff from the southernmost feedlot from entering Alkali Creek.
