This Complaint and Consent Agreement and Final Order is issued to Michael Johnson, owner of Johnson Motors, for the unauthorized discharge of approximately 5-7 gallons of diesel fuel from his vehicle into the Blacktail Deer Creek and its adjoining shorelines.
