Administrative Order to cease discharge of dredged/fill material and to stabilize all disturbed areas by installing approved water qualitybest management practices and, within 30 days of the Order, shall submit a CWA section 404 application for an after-the-fact permit. If permit is denied, respondent shall fully restore subject property, returned to natural hydrology and allowed to revegetate.
