Voluntary Disclosue to EPA. During the course of an internal audit EPCRA Section 313 errors were discovered and disclosed to EPA. On May 20, 2010 SAIC, an environmental consulting firm, notified GE Healthcare that a potential non-reporting situation had been identified. The audit identified that the use of di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate by this facility was not included in the threshold determinations and as a result the chemical was not reported.
