This Administrative Complaint and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing is issued to the City of Eagle Butte for violations of their NPDES permit. The violations consist of failure to monitor for floating solids, oil and grease and flow; failure to submit discharge monitoring reports, and failure to notify EPA of the violations.
