This is an Administrative action pursuant to EPCRA 325(c) issued to Lubricating Specialties Company. The alleged violations involve failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Forms required under Section 313 for zinc compounds in 2005, 2006, and 2007 at their Vernon and Pico Rivera facilities. The violations were observed during facility inspections conducted on March 3 & 4, 2009.
