This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Jipangu International, Inc. The violation involves failure to file timely and/or correct Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Forms required under Section 313 for cobalt compounds, copper compounds, cyanide compounds, lead compounds, mercury compounds, and nitrate compounds in 2005 through 2007. These alleged violations were observed during an inspection conducted 8/11 & 12/2008.
