Respondent will complete a Remedial Investigation and Feasibility Study for Operable Unit 2 (OU-2 RI/FS) at the Universal Oil Products Superfund Site under a Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent. The Respondent, as an owner of the Site, has been performing the OU-2 RI/FS under an administrative agreement with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP). EPA has replaced the NJDEP as lead agency for the Site necessitating an agreement between the Respondent and EPA. The Settlement Agreement also requires the Respondent to conduct a removal action at the Site.
Amendment modifies the Statement of Work.
