On January 19, 2011, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order against Usibelli Coal Mine, Inc. (Facility) that resolves NPDES permit violations and numerous unpermitted discharges at its coal mine near Healy, Alaska. Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $60,000.
