On January 6, 2011, EPA issued a Clean Air Act Administrative Order to Nashua Corporation of Merrimack, New Hampshire for violations of the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Miscellaneous Organic Chemical Manufacturing (MON) found at 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart FFFF. Nashua Corporation manufactures styrene acrylic toner resin and a binder used as an adhesive in its paper coating operation. The company violated the notification and reporting provisions of the MON.
