An inspection of the Norplas facility found that Norplas failed to meet several conditions necessary to store hazardous waste without interim status or a permit. After receiving a Notice of Violations, Norplas promptly came into compliance with those violations cited during the inspection. EPA issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order that requires Norplas to pay a penalty of $21,362.00
