Violation: The Respondent's oil field facility was a point source which discharged a pollutant to a waters of the US. The violation was observed by the EPA during a January 20, 2010, inspection at the Respondent's facility. During the inspection the EPA observed where the facility had discharged oil field brine to a tributary of Wolf Creek.
