This is an Administrative Penalty complaint and consent agreement pursuant to RCRA subtitle C which simultaneously initiates and concludes this action with respect to U.S. Pre-Finished Metals. The violations alleged are: (1) storage of HW without a permit; (2) failure to conduct weekly inspections of hazardous waste storage areas; (3)failure to post emergency information; (4)training violations. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $9200.
