This Proposed Compliance Order, Penalty Complaint, and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing is issued to High Country Transportation for owning, operating, or maintaining a Class V disposal well which, through injection activity, allows the movement of fluid containing contaminants into underground sources of drinking water. Respondent is also in violation for operating a motor vehicle waste disposal well after the 1/1/2007 ban of all motor vehicle waste disposal wells.
