Maverick C&P disclosed violations of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) sectin 8(a), 15 U.S.C. section 2607(a), and the Inventory Update Reporting Regulations promulgated therunder at 40 C.F.R. Part 710, then it failed to submit a Data Production and Site Report (Form U) for one chemical substance manufactured at their Maverick C&P facility located at Cedar Springs, GA, as required for the 2006 Partial Updating of the TSCA Inventory.
