On October 20 2010, Region 1 issued an Expedited Settlement Agreements (ESA) to Campton Industries LLC for its failure to file EPCRA Section 312 chemical inventory forms (Tier II forms). Campton failed to file a Tier II form for heating fuel at its Saunderstown, Rhode Island facility for reporting year 2008. The company has signed the ESA and will be required to correct the violations and pay $2,000 in penalties.
