EPA-Region 1 issued a Complaint and Compliance Order to Franklin Non-Ferrous Foundry, Inc. (Respondent) alleging violations of Section 3002 of RCRA and the New Hampshire Code of Administrative Rules, Section Env-Hw 502.01. Respondent operates a metal casting manufacturing facility located at 293 Sanborn Street, Franklin, NH (Facility). EPAÂs complaint alleges that Respondent violated RCRA and the New Hampshire rules by failing to adequately characterize approximately 120 55-gallon containers of waste at the Facility. EPA is ordering Respondent to immediately characterize and properly dispose of all waste at the Facility.
