Respondent gained coverage under the NJDEP CGP and began construction on 11/13/2007 disturbing over 11 acres of land at the Creekside at Delanco construction site located on Burlington Ave in Delanco, New Jersey. Respondent failed to conduct and document weekly site inspections and maintain stormwater BMPs, as required by the CGP.
