Respondent gained coverage under the NJDEP CGP and began construction on 5/22/2009, disturbing over 10 acres of land at the Village at Cinnaminson construction site located in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. Respondent failed to conduct and document weekly site inspections and failed to maintain stormwater BMPs, as required by the CGP.
