Construction started on or before 4/20/2007 and an NOI was submitted 4/26/2004. Based on a 4/29/10 letter, the site has been stabilized pending any future work. Penalty has been calculated for failing to implement BMPs, failing to conduct weekly inspections and failing to have records available.
