This Proposed Compliance Order, Penalty Complaint, and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing is issued to Patterson-UTI Drilling Company for owning, operating and/or maintaining a Class V disposal well which, through injection activity, allows the movement of fluid containing any contaminant into underground sources of drinking water and for operating a motor vehicle waste disposal well after the 1/1/2007 ban of all motor vehicle waste disposal wells.
