Facility was in violation of state and federal underground storage tank regulations for inadequate operation of interstitial monitoring of piping, and not complying with financial assurance requirements. A compliance order was issued requiring owner to properly monitor piping and provide proof of financial assurance, as required by MA UST rules and regulations.
