The inspection determined that the facility does large truck maintenance and repair. There is a trench style floor drain in the service bays that discharges into a crude drywell constructed on-site. The Order requires Respondent to cease injection of waste fluids from the vehicle service bays and remediate any contamination in the injection well that resulted from injection of vehicle servicing wastes.
