This Settlement Agreement concerns the Standard Mine Superfund Site. Elijah J. Valencia is the Settling Party. Based upon the financial information submitted by the settling party, EPA has determined that the Settling Party as no financial ability to pay for response costs incurred and to be incurred at the Site.
