This Administrative Order is issued to Ronald and Tanya Stuard, owners of the Bill Cody Ranch for violations consisting of failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, exceeding the maximum contaminant level for total coliform bacteria, failure to provide public notice of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA.
