Kincaid, Inc. is in violation of FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(K) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(1)(E). The sale or distribution of product that has been cancelled is unlawful. Kincaid was in violation of sale/distribution of cancelled product that was cancelled on October 31, 2010 and does not meet the definition of existing stock as outlined in Unit IV of the Cancellation Order (FR Doc 2010-24803)/EPA-HQ-OPP 2010-0778.
