This enforcement action was filed in response to violations to EPCRA 311/312 which were discovered during an inspection which was conducted on 4/8/2009. The inspectors found that the facility was storing 8 hazardous chemicals (of which three were extremely hazardous)at or above the reporting thresholds in both calendar years 2007 and 2008. The SERC and Fire Dept. did not receive subsequent submissions required for calendar years 2007 and 2008.
