This enforcement action was filed in response to an ammonia release (approximately 700 lbs) which occurred at Klement's Sausage Co. on 2/13/2008. The company notified the NRC, Wisconsin SERC and the LEPC over 11 hours after the release began and over 6 hours after constructive knowledge of a release of a reportable quantity (RQ).
