On September 27, 2011, Region 1 filed an Administrative Complaint alleging that Benevento Bituminous Products, LLC failed to comply with the hazardous chemical reporting requirements established by Section 312 of EPCRA for its asphalt manufacturing facility located in Kingston, New Hampshire. Consent Agreement and Final Order settling claim issued on 12/21/2011.
