On August 3, 2011, Region I issued a proposed Expedited Settlement Agreement (ESA) to Foam-Tite Amesbury Group for its failure to file EPCRA Section 312 chemical inventory forms. The company failed to file a Tier II form for elastomer rubber and sulfuric acid at its Amesbury, Massachusetts facility for reporting year 2009. The ESA will require the company to correct the violations and pay $2,000 in penalties.
