The settlement assesses of civil penalties pursuant to Section 113(d) of the Clean Air Act (ÂCAA or Âthe ActÂ), 42 U.S.C. § 7413(d). Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000).
