This Administrative Order is issued to Peter and Bonnie Moore, owners of the Grasslands Mobile Home Park, for failure to monitor for radionuclides, failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, for exceeding the MCL for gross alpha, uranium and total radium, failure to provide public notice of the violations, and failure to report the violations to EPA.
