Respondent owns and operates Miller's Grandview Marina, Inc. Stormwater associated with the industrial activity from this facility was discharged into Sacandaga Lake via direct surface runoff. An EPA contractor conducted a reconnaissance inspection of the facility on October 20, 2010. The Respondent failed to obtain coverage under the NYSDEC SPDES Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater discharges associated with industrial activity.
