This Administrative Order for Compliance is issued to Sampson Construction for having an inadequate Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. The deficiencies include: the SWPPP was not signed and certified, the SWPPP site description did not include all of the information required by the permit, and the site map was not up to date with current conditions.
