EPA received notification from an oil handler (NOCO Energy) that Respondent had submitted 1,000 gallons of oil that was contaminated with PCBs over 50 ppm. Oil was eventually properly disposed. Respondent has instituted a sampling protocol for future oil shipments. This action is being concurrently issued with a Consent Agreement and Final Order.
