Stormwater associated with industrial activity from this Facility is discharged into Saranac Lake, a navigable water of the US via direct surface runoff and drains located on the property. A duly authorized representative of EPA conducted a reconnaissance inspection of the Facility on 9/15/2010. The Facility failed to obtain coverage under the NYSDEC SPDES Multi-Sector General Permit for Stormwater Discharges Associated with Industrial Activity.
