On March 7, 2011 Region 9 finalized a Consent Agreement and Final Order with AZZ Galvanizing Serices-Arizona for RCRA violations at its facilty in Goodyear, Arizona. AZZ Galvanizing Services operates a hot dip galvanizing service. Respondent will pay $79,700 for seven violations of RCRA Subtitle C. The violations were observed by RCRA Inspectors on march 24, 2008 during an inspection of the facility.
