This Administrative Order will require LandComp to modify its Title V operating permit to reflect the applicability of 35 IAC § 214.301 to sulfur dioxide emissions from the landfill's flare. This Order also lays out the methods by which LandComp will monitor its compliance with this SIP standard. This Order was negotiated with LandComp representatives.
