On 3/28/2011, EPA was notified that the Agnes Leggins Water System ran out of water and has experienced low and varying water pressure in the distribution system along with a line break that cannot be located due to snow cover and wet ground. Because of the aforementioned events, EPA has determined that conditions exist at the system that may present an imminent and substantial endangerment to human health.
