Young Electric Sign Company was directed per the Order to conduct testing, analysis and reporting of hazardous waste at their facility. Specifically the Order requires the facility test the lamps generated or transported to the facilty for lead and mercury and conduct air sampling for mercury, due to their use of a bulb crusher and not having made waste determinations.
