EPA Region 10 issued a Unilateral Administrative Compliance Orders to Lake Quinault School District 97 for violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act and the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The AO was effective on May 23, 2011. Lake Quinault School District 97 has addressed all violations for their water systems failure to conduct required monitoring, failure to report violations to their customers, and/or failure to submit reports to the EPA Region 10 Drinking Water Program. The AO is now closed as of January 30, 2012.
