Region 10 and the Spokane Tribe of Indians have signed two Administrative Orders on Consent (AOCs) that were proposed to address Safe Drinking Water Act violations at the Martha Boardman and Ford water systems on May 18, 2011. The AOCs are effective as of January 30, 2012. The Spokane Tribe of Indians will address their Maximum Contaminant Level exceedance violations for arsenic and submit required reports to EPA.
