This is an Administrative Penalty complaint and consent agreement pursuant to RCRA subtitle C which simultaneously initiates and concludes this action with respect to Accutech Photo Machining, Inc. The violations alleged are: (1) storage of HW without a permit; (2) open containers; (3) inadequate maintenance and operation of the facility; (4)failure to conduct weekly inspections of hazardous waste storage areas; (5)tank violations; (6)training violations; (7) no contingency plan, and; (8) no biennial report. The Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $1000.
