## Summary

Administrative Compliance Order requires the City to complete construction of interim phosphorus upgrades to its WWTF by November 30, 2012, and to achieve compliance with a 12-month rolling average interim total phosphorus limit of 0.5 milligrams/liter (“mg/l”) no later than March 31, 2013.  The Order also includes a schedule for completion of construction of a more extensive upgrade of the WWTF by May 31, 2019 and achievement of compliance with the 0.2 mg/l monthly average total phosphorus limit contained in its 2010 Permit by November 30, 2019.   
The Order further requires the City to design and construct priority sewer separation work in Project Areas CSS 3 and CSS 4.  The scopes of these projects are delineated in attachments to the Order
