On May 26, 2011, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Complaint under our authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act (CWA) to RAM Energy Resources, Inc. located in Wichita County, TX. The Administrative Complaint was issued in response to violations of Section 301 of the CWA, 33 U.S.C. § 1311. The Administrative Complaint is proposing a penalty and offering RAM Energy Resources, Inc. the opportunity to contest the allegation by requesting a hearing.
On October 18, 2011, a CAFO was issued.
