AO issued for failure to comply with the PWS monitoring requirements for Stage 2 DBPR. In July 2011, Respondent is required to conduct standard monitoring for TTHM and HAA5. Within 30 days of receiving the final monitoring results, Respondent shall provide EPA an IDSE Report.
