This Administrative Complaint and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing is issued to Lake Sakakawea and Associates for violating the CWA and the NPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Contruction Activities at the construction site formerly selected for the Eagle Catch Casino and Resort within the exterior boundaries of the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation.
