## Summary

On September 7, 2011, EPA completed a multi-party Federal Facility Compliance Agreement (FFCA) that addresses violations of the Cold Water Aquaculture Facilities in Idaho General NPDES Permit at the Dworshak National Fish Hatchery (Hatchery) near Lewiston, Idaho.
