On 4/22/2008, during an EPCRA 311/312 inspection, it was determined that Eichler never submitted the MSDS for propane to th SERC, LEPC and local fire department. It was also discovered that the facility had never submitted the TIER II form for propane to the SERC, LEPC and local fire department for calendar years 2005 - 2007 by the March 1st deadline.
